Refunds & Returns Policy

At Jardine Flooring, we believe in honest advice, quality workmanship, and products we stand behind. Since we don't sell flooring directly online, but instead provide personalised quotations and project-specific installations, our returns and refunds policy reflects our practical, hands-on service approach.

How Our Quoting System Works

All product selections, quantities, and costs are finalised during the quotation and consultation process. Our WooCommerce system is used strictly for “Request a Quote” submissions — no payments are processed online. Once you approve a quote, we proceed with ordering materials and scheduling installation.

Can I Return a Product?

Most flooring products are ordered specifically for your project from our suppliers. For this reason, returns or exchanges are not generally accepted once materials have been ordered, unless:

• The product delivered is not what was approved in your final quote
• There is a verifiable manufacturing defect
• The supplier agrees to accept a return (restocking and handling fees may apply)

Please note: Variations in colour, grain, or texture are common in flooring products and are not considered defects. Opened or installed materials cannot be returned.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

• The selected product is discontinued or unavailable, and no suitable alternative is found
• An error was made by our team in processing your order

All refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method, or as otherwise agreed in writing.

What If There's a Problem After Installation?

If you notice an issue after installation, please contact us within 7 days. We'll assess the situation to determine whether it is related to product quality or installation. Our team is committed to resolving valid concerns promptly and fairly.
